ASUS launched ASUS ZenFone AR smartphone. It is the world’s first handset that comes with a massive 8GB of RAM.
The price of Asus Zenfone AR has not been announced. But the expected price is around Rs. 35000-39000.
It is the first smartphone that will be Tango-enabled and Daydream-ready. Tango is a set of sensors and computer-vision software by Google that enables unique augmented reality (AR) user experiences on a smartphone, such as AR gaming, AR utilities and indoor navigation. Daydream is Google’s platform for high quality, mobile virtual reality and supports Daydream VR apps.
Asus Zenfone AR has 5.7-inch WQHD Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM. 32GB of memory that can be expandable upto 128Gb.23-megapixel main camera, a motion tracking camera, and a depth sensing camera, all arranged on the back of the phone, a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 3300mAh non removable battery.
The Asus ZenFone AR is a dual SIM smartphone that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope and Barometer.
