BlackBerry launched its flagship smartphone KEYone Limited Edition Black smartphone to India. The phone will be priced at Rs 39,990 and it is exclusively available on Amazon from August 8.
The highlight of the BlackBerry KeyOne is the physical QWERTY keyboards with four rows of keys and touch sensitivity for swipe and scroll. The fingerprint scanner is embedded inside the space bar of the BlackBerry KEYOne.
BlackBerry KEYOne comes with 4.5-inch Full HD LCD IPS display, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It has 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card. The hybrid-dual SIM device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system, backed by a 3,505 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge support.
The smartphone sports a 12MP rear camera with dual tome LED flash, Sony IMX378 sensor, f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. The camera is also capable of recording 4K videos. There is also an 8MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture for selfies.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11ac, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, FM radio, USB Type-C (3.1), and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor.
