HTC launches its latest flagship smartphones — HTC Desire 12 and HTC Desire 12+ smartphones in India. The HTC Desire 12 is priced at Rs 15,800, while the Desire 12+ is priced at Rs 19,790.
The HTC Desire 12 comes with a 5.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 7.0 and is backed up by 2730mAh battery. It sports a 13MP primary rear camera with PDAF with an aperture of f/2.2 and is capable of recording videos up to 1080p resolution. On the front, it features a 5MP camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and supports video recording of up to 720p.
Connectivity options include dual sim support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an ambient light, proximity sensor, motion G-sensor, and a magnetic sensor.
HTC Desire 12+ has a 6-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB.the device runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based HTC Sense UI and is backed up by 2965mAh battery. It sports a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel sensor, with an LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel camera sensor on the front, equipped with features such as Beauty mode and HDR support.
It has dual sim support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors includes ambient light, proximity sensor, motion G-sensor, and a compass. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back.
